NuVino Tonic Tea Blueberry Tarragon, 1/2 cup
Plain Amasai, 1/3 cup
Green SueroViv, 1/4 cup
Frozen Blueberries, 1.5 cups
Frozen Banana, 1 chopped
Spinach or Baby Swiss Chard, 3/4 cup chopped
Orange, 1 small, peeled and chopped
Celery, 1/2 stalk, chopped
Cucumber, 1/4 cup chopped with skins
Raw Honey, 1- 2 tablespoons - optional
EA Live™ Sprouted Seven Blend, 1 tablespoon
Mix all ingredients into a high speed blender until smooth. Yields 3 cups.
